Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is widely used in production and daily life due to its excellent characteristics such as high-efficiency,low cost,well maintainability.With the development of industrial automation,motor control method is change from single–motor control into centralized control.In this paper, a solution of building a digital speed-adjustment for brushless DC motors based on LM3S8962 is presented. Because the use of CAN-bus technology ,the system have networking function and long-range communication capability, can fulfill remote control and centralized management.Firstly, depicted the basic stucture, working principle and mathematical model;studied the speed control theories and methods;proposed a BLDCM control strategy with speed loop and current loop. Based on the control core of LM3S8962,accomplished the hardware design . The control circuits are mainly composed of current/voltage detecting and protection circuits,speed/position deteting circuits,drive and inversion circuits,CAN-bus communication interface circuit and man-machine interface circuit. Then use the bottom driver library coded the software program.Aiming at the characteristic of bad environment and serious disturbance,many kinds of software and hardware measures are applied to improve systematic anti-interference ability,which comprehensively improve systematic dependability and practicability.Though on-site installation of exeriment,basically achieved the requirements of performance indicators.
