The main contents of the study include:First, Expounded the significance of intelligent sensor of turret, the network of intelligent sensors compared with tradition sensors, and combined with field bus technology gives the turret smart sensor model. In an in-depth research and analysis based on the IEEE1451 standard, put forward a sensor turret of intelligent design, and detailed specific design mind in digital sensor, data acquisition and processing, TEDS, and fault perception and diagnosis and so on.On the basis, the smart sensor consists of two parts: digital subsystem of sensor and data acquisition and processing subsystem. The papers give hardware and software design of data acquisition, processing subsystem and hardware design of digital sensor subsystem, and give detailed hardware interface map and software flow char.Then, give key algorithm in software design: non-linear correction based on genetic neural network, multi-sensor data fusion based on estimates in batches, intelligent data filter algorithm, give some of the key procedures, results of the simulation, the simulation example.
