The New Exploration Of University Administration Organization Communication In Network Environment

This thesis try to use organization transmit theories to analysis university administration institution's organization transmit deeds under internet environment ,and deeply analysis the factors that may affect university administration institution's work efficiency .This thesis can mainly be divided into five sections ,the first section is abstract .the second section is briefly introduce the concept of organization and organization transmit.the third section analysis the organization frame characteristics of university administration institution and research the characteristics of organization transmit in university administration institution from three aspects that is person communication ,class communication and decision-making under traditional environment .there exists compare between the third section and the forth section and the forth section introduce the new characteristics of university administration institution's organization transmit under internet environment ,the fifth section analysis the obstacles and issues that exist in university administration institution's organization transmit under internet environment and make some advices.From three arrangements tha is , person communication ,class communication and organization transmit gradually analysis and the compare research between internet environment and traditional environment ,thesis maintains under internet environment which is complicated environment university administration institution's organization transmit exists some transmit frame issues ,the transmit channel is hindered .transmit content and media are unbalance ,transmit entity lack deeply concur and the organization transmit is not complicated which leds to the order confusion of university administration institution's organization transmit deeds.
