With the development of society and the advancement of technology, in order to further explore the utilization of silk, we need to strengthen the study of silk qualitaty. China is rich in silk. However, the study level of silk is low, which leads to our advantages in this field become indistinct more and more. In particular we still can't invent some mature silk reeling machine which is for studying the silk qualitaty and teaching. Various different types and single function silk reeling machines appear, which affects the accuracy and efficiency of study result.In order to improve the study level of silk,the reliability of data and the automation of experiment, In my thesis I has designed a silk reeling machine based on MCS. It adopts the MCS to control the two compound Stepping Motor to cooperate with each other. One machine is forming tube drive Motor and the other is regulation of population density Motor, which could move the silk winding machine and the silk drawing machine to work together. Through the KeilC51 language, this silk reeling machine could change the length of drawing silk or the density of the winded silk into different kinds of pulse signals, then send them to the drive part of the Stepping Motor. So as to control the swirling speed of it. It adopts two photoelectric aensor to record the length of the drawn silk and the frequency of the discontinuity of silk so as to reach the purpose of control. In addition, the design use LCD liquid crystal display,which can realize mixed language and figure show ,that the operator through the keyboard input to control the testing machine.During the process of design, I introduce the solid works to draw all the tridimensional blueprint. Besides, I use the Auto CAD to draw all the parts of blueprints and the whole machine assembling blueprint to make a model machine. As to the design of the control part, I firstly adopt the Protell99se to draw the circuit blueprint that could control the whole system. Then using the blueprint to weld the circuit board, after that, I use the Kellc51 to program the MCS so as to realize all kinds of functions. While programming, firstly I adopt the WAVE6000/L to do emulated adjustment. After finishing that, using the Super Pro/L to put the program into the inside of the MCS so as to control the whole experimental machine. I use repeated test to do the reliability test of the silk reeling machine. Focused on test machine extracting accuracy and arraying wire uniformity trial. This experiment shows that the silk reeling machine which is designed by me could reach the satisfaction of the silk quality and the needs of the study.
