Analysis And Design Of Early Warning Data Network Management System In China Netcom Group

With the rapid development and revolution of telecommunication data services, it is important for carriers to improve the service level and their competitive edge depending on how to implement effective monitoring and maintenance the data network. China Netcom group Corporation(CNC),one of the largest domestic telecom operators, is working on the transformation of the modern enterprise. The most important prerequisite is to build an advanced, high-quality, comprehensive data management capabilities of the backbone data network management system, it will be helpful for CNC to improve management efficiency and service quality, and it will be better for the enterprise customer's network to provide high-quality and related value-added services.The paper is based on the research of the backbone data network management system in China Netcom Group (CNC), analyzed the requirement on the trend of the data service and the capacity of the network management system. According to the constructive rules and the final target, a detail project of re-development on the CNC group's data network management system is presented. Achieve the goals of Sharing data network resources, saving the cost of operators, improving the overall efficiency of the whole network and service quality, and all of the configurations for the new system are based on the scientific method of calculating and analyzing. Finally running with online practice has proved that the system safe, reliable and value for development.
