This thesis is based on the project of The Yunnan Electric Power Customer technology support system. The purpose of constructing Customer Service Management System is to provide various services, facilitate the distribution, gather customer information, survey market, support selling decision, and consolidate service supervise. Customer Service center is the focus of all the service departments. On one side, it's the window of a company or service provider; on the other side, it's the information management and selling distribution center, which gathers information of market and customers, and supervise or control the whole process of sailing service. According to customer requirement, customer center use various resources to let different departments cooperating together, and satisfy customer with high quality.According to requirement, this thesis adopts B/S architecture and grid process to design the system. Based on J2EE and Object-Oriented theory, Module-Based theory, our system is widely used and can be expanded well. This thesis focuses on customer requirement, application, function, and implementation.Through practice, the system is proved to be well-extended, easy-maintained, and high-secure. This is a good reference for developing other electric power customer service management. |
