Research On The Battlefield Situation Information Dissemination Based On Pub/Sub And The Prototype System

Situation awareness is the basis of Cooperative Engagement,and the status of the dissemination of Situation Information will impact the effect of the Situation Awareness.To make the cambat unit proform well in the Joint Operations,to cooperate with others,how to dissemination the situation information could be essential and crucial.However,the existing method of dissemination situation information behaviors not very well to some limitations such as that requirers could not obtain the information,or it receive so much information that the requirers could not distinguish the usefulness from the unnecessarity.Consequently,it becomes a prevail way to dissemination information according to individuation characteristics.The thesis researches mainly on the matters listed hereinafter:1. The military requirement of the disseminating the situation information in Joint OperationsThe characteristics of situation information in Joint Operations is given.The thesis discusses many issues such as what is the Situation Awearness,how the situation information is organized,how to disseminate situation information,and so on.Further more,the thesis viewes it as a trend to disseminate information according to the requirers'individuation characteristics.2. The general individuation of the Pub/Sub system and the Pull/Push disseminating style are also studied.The thesis analies the general characteristics of the the Pub/Sub system,and introduces the Push/Pull disseminating style.After that,the thesis presents the idea to disseminate situation information within the Pub/Sub Paradigm.3. The management of subscription and the methods to parse,to match are investigated.After that,the thesis develops the mathch method in aspect of syntax and semantic.Subscription management such as the trasnactions of historic envent , durable subscription,access control,catalog,cover problem are analyzed.As to the parsing and matching of subscription,the thesis researches MAP-based and XML-based match methods.Then, the thesis develops the match method in aspects of syntax and semantic. 4. The technique on how to develop servised-based API of situation information Pub/Sub is researched. With the characteristics of the situation information,and the SOA and Web Services,the thesis presents a method to develop the the situation information Pub/Sub API based on services.5. Situation Capability Packet:the prototype of the situation information Pub/Sub System is designed and implemented.According to the theory of disseminating situation information using the Pub/Sub paradigm and developing the Pub/Sub API based on services,the thesis designs and implements the prototype of the Situation Capability Packet.The structure and correlative module of the prototype are given.Lastly, the verification of the feasibility and praticability is presented via the use case application.
