In view of the present status of coal mine emergency measures in our country, a receiving terminal scheme of embedded emergency information acquisition system based on the Windows CE is proposed. This terminal scheme was based on ARM hardware platform, embedded Windows CE software platform and Short-distance Radio communication technology, it was able to collect various environmental parameters by wireless mode, and carry on data analysis, alarm, storage, query. The rescuer can directly access the physical parameters of the environment, with the aid of the Windows CE operating system's friendly man-machine interface, and analysis the changing trend of the environmental parameters by historical data query, thus take effective safe measures to rescue.In this paper, first, the development of China's mine emergency rescue and the application of wireless communication technology in coal production is described. Secondly, some usual SDR technology is introduced and compared in frequency, power, transmission rates and the number of the network equipment. According to the functional needs of the emergency rescue, ZigBee technology is selected as the subject wireless communication module. Subsequently, by analyzing the emergency information acquisition system working principle and function of the demand for handheld devices, a Windows CE-based embedded emergency information acquisition system receiving terminal program to achieve underground scene of the accident monitoring of environmental parameters is proposed, and give the program implementation of the technology route in this paper. Shortly afterward, the article introduced in detail the specific handheld terminal process of implementation, including: the selection of Samsung ARM9-based processor core S3C2410X and the design of main interface circuit; the customization and transplantation of embedded Windows CE operating system software platform customization and transplantation; the receiving terminal application software development under Embedded Visual C++ integrated development environment.At the end of this paper, there is a summary and the follow-up work of design and the key issues that need to be resolved for this paper.
