Thesis through mining analysis of the structure of gas sensor specific calibration methods, calibration methods of implementation of the required part of the design of three elements: one, the next-bit data acquisition; 2, PC configuration software applications and next-bit machines based on single Machine data acquisition between the data transmission; 3, PC data processing.Thesis details the design of the entire calibration process. Checking Device design includes hardware design and software design in two parts. In the hardware design of the article for the control devices required the implementation of the functions give the hardware block diagram, and the core of the entire hardware is divided into AT89S52 board, power supply, crystal oscillator and reset circuit, such as to achieve data collection to USB connection with PC the next bit of communication between machines; in the software design of the article to embedded systems software design flow, based on a detailed description of the software design process and give the software flow chart.In order to more effectively monitor the sensor calibration, the paper also uses the concept of a configuration to deal with relevant data, collected through the relevant frequency signal processing algorithm to generate real-time data and historical Report, etc., in order to further study of the sensor provides an effective data.Finally the whole system has been tested, results show that the system be able to achieve the desired purpose, as well as the further development of the latter has laid a good foundation.
