Presently, the FLAC3D is very difficult for complex geological model and simulation of complex construction process. Modeling difficult and a long computation time are the main disadvantages of three-dimensional simulation. Now, The FLAC3D is still a the black-box modeling approach which based on the command-line form, when it sets up the calculation model, it still used type of data—command-line file input mode. Based on modeling of the numerical simulation software FLAC3D, this paper particularly study the basic difference calculation and implicit calculation of the static differential for good and bad points of different mechanical model. And to three elastic-plastic constitutive model (model of Mohr-coulomb,model of Drucker-Prager,model of Ubiquitous-joint) used mostly by the mining application system,it analyzes the model characteristics and their respective scope of application. Studied on the basic characteristics of Constitute the model in FLAC3D ,it analyzes the calculation method of micro-element model,sets up a unit model and the combination element model,and sets up excavation and filling module for mining system. On this basis,using visual programming software JAVA develops FLAC3D Pre-Processing. In the final,using FLAC3D Pre-Processing conductes a rapid modeling experiments to the two engineering examples.
