The methods of pre-decomposition has become our country's cement industry development trend. Decomposing furnace is core of pre-decomposing system, which assumes combustion of coal, heat exchanging of gas-solid and carbonate decomposing. Whether the carbonate is decomposed effectively or not is an important factor of cement quality. Its decomposition required a relatively stable temperature, controlling the temperature of decomposing furnace is very important for thermal distribution and thermal regulation of whole new dry-process pre-decomposing system.In this paper, the structure of decomposition furnace, pulverized coal combustion, carbonate decomposition chemical reactions start with the analysis of the impact of calciner temperature are the quantity of teriary air and the amount of coal. The use of actual production data at the scene, using orthogonal test method to verify the quantity of teriary air and the amount of coal calciner temperature significantly, and the use of Matlab's System Identification Toolbox collected on the spot more than 100 sets of data on the system transfer function model identificationConstructing PID controller, fuzzy controller for second-order one-dimensional and two-dimensional first-order fuzzy controller, and using Matlab software separately control effects on their simulation, simulation results show that two-dimensional first-order fuzzy controller has the advantage of responding rapidly, small amount of overshoot.Designing a set of the use of Siemens S7-300 series PLC decomposing furnace temperature control system according to the mathematical model, and hardware components, software design in detail and to explore its software to control fuzzy algorithm programming, implementation of the feed coal, three times.Finally, this article calciner designed temperature control system, after repeating test and modification, the temperature curve of the stability of calciner 830~870℃in the scope of the furnace to ensure that the decomposition rate of decomposition of raw materials, clinker quality and quantity of coal to feed more stable and the temperature control system of decomposition furnace achieved better control.
