| With the popularity of technology and Intranet/Internet world wide, a large scale of electronic government affairs are booming. Electronic government affairs have become the core of the strategies of national informationization development. Meanwhile they have become an important means to carry on the reform of system, improve administrative management efficiency, and improve image of government.At present, the construction of electronic government affairs has become an indispensable link in modernization, and the key for informationization development. With the diversification of market players, the variety of business practice, the fields of market oversight are becoming wider and much more difficult.
