The Research On Project Integrated Management Mode Of Communication Network Project Design

At present, with the increasingly fierce competition among the communications network technology, business development and the communications operators, the complexity of the project is improving gradually. Also, the requirements on cost, quality and progress of the project are increasingly high, especially for the requirements on the progress of construction projects. Since a direct impact on the network's commercial and business promotion, it has already became a key evaluation point of construction requirements.In this paper, combined with knowledge of project management systems and the experience engaged in the design for many years, I analyze the shortcomings of the current traditional network engineering management in-depth from the conventional process and put forward the innovative integrated management model of the design project to compress in reason the time of the project design and improve the efficiency of the project.The research mainly adjusts the organizational structure of the design and construction unit, sets up the new organization program, delimits the members of the group's roles and responsibilities clearly, re-establishes a mechanism for information transmission, and sets up the collaborative process between all inter-related units. These measurements will reduce the information transmission channels and the difficulty of the information management. They also achieve the effective communication and resource sharing. At the same time by using the methods of breakdown work structure, I build the new work process in 4 stages from selecting the design units, starting the project, surveying and designing, making a joint checkup for design documents, to increase the work efficiency.The pilot project has proved that the integrated management model of the communication engineering design project overcomes a variety of shortcoming of the traditional management model and provided a highly efficient management tool. It speeds up the progress of the implementation of the project, realize the optimum configuration of social resources, and create a win-win-win situation of building unit and participation Units.
