The Design And Implement Of Radio Station Managment System Of GuiZhou Province Based On GIS

With China's radio communications industry development further, the number of radio stations increased rapidly in recent years, which makes the radio frequency spectrum resources lack and result into the management of radio frequency stations getting heavier and heavier. Radio station management is to protect the health development of the radio business that is an important executive function of government. It has an important practical significance in the scientific decision-making and planning that research about radio station management information system design and implementation. Therefore, the design of radio station management system based on GIS technology will become an important component of the integration radio platform.This paper uses a new generation of Web GIS development platform, using Microsoft. NET technologies and MapX component technology development, its function of geographic information, monitoring data analysis functions and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) analysis constitute the entire system architecture. The system uses the Oracle database and models by UML. Results of research on this subject have been gradually applied in daily business of Radio Management Committee of Guizhou Province and produce obvious benefits.In this paper, including:①Analysis of development trend of the geographic information system and the radio management needs, pointing out inadequacy of information systems and the necessity to carry out this research;②Analysis of the GIS component-based application development technology,. NET framework and other key technologies such as MapX component. Compare different system structural model to select the appropriate development model that provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the realization of system;③Completed the system requirement analysis, system architecture, module function and station database detail design, and visual analysis of important business management of the radio module, from the business management needs to ensure that the overall design of the system is more reasonable;④Realized radio stations geographic information systems management of Guizhou Province, which include project management, model design, and system setup and update operations and electronic map database query stations. At present, the system applies to part of Radio Management Committee of Guizhou Province and approved by the users.
