The Design And Implementation Of Office Management Information System Based On Lotus Domino/Notes

With the quick development of computer technology,network technology, communication technology and automation technology,the technology and application of office automation(for short,OA)has developed in high level.It has become an important mark of enterprises management modernization.The Office Management Information System does not only improve efficiecy, realize non-paper office,but also promote the development of office mode from tradition to normalization,complexity and science.It takes positive effects in the course of promoting the management modernization of enterprises.According to the office work requirements of DaCheng Railway Limited Liability Company, this thesis analyzes, designs and implements the Office Management Information System based on Lotus Domino / Notes platform .The thesis firstly introduces the background of OA, the concepts of OA, the national and overseas development of OA, expects to have a whole recognition of OA. Through comparing the most popular OAS develop platforms, this thesis points out that Lotus Domino/Notes is the most suitable platform for OAS development. And then study the Lotus Domino/Notes platform's system architecture, database features, development methods and key technologies. Sum up Louts Domino / Notes platform can satisfy all requirements of DaCheng Railway Limited Liability Company Office Management Information System, considering database structure, work flow, software designing and system opening degree.Consequently, the thesis puts much attention to analyze, design and implement this Office Management Information System, which uses modular structure. The functions of the system description way is unifies by the UML and the natural language. And then according to summary the Notes database's form design characteristics, this thesis designs Notes database's form, domain, view and frameset, uses ODBC interface technology to connection Notes database and SQL Server database. According to analyze the security model of Lotus Domino/Notes, this thesis designs the Office Management Information System's security strategy.According to the result of anaylze and design, this thesis implements the Office Management Information System.This thesis highlights on the realization of mayor functional modules and system security strategy. This Office Management Information System has been used, which appears the good effect, achieves the design goals and accelerates the pace of enterprises management modernization.
