The magnetic suspension control technology is one of the core and key technology of maglev vehicle, it's an advanced science technology with high difficulty and high complexity .The performance of the magnetic suspension control system will effect the stability security and comfort of the maglev vehicle. The interference from external and the disturbance of parameters lead the system a high uncertainty .So the magnetic suspension control system has to make sure support a stable suspension for the maglev vehicle under the condition of different interference and disturbance ,this is one of the emphasis and difficulty of magnetic suspension control technology. It's unavoidable that the maglev vehicle be effected by process noise and measurement noise during the practical work ,so the signal selected by the magnetic suspension controller be polluted ,the precision of control be made decreased. Therefore we have to de-noising the signal of sensor ,so as to make the controller with a good inhibiting ability for the disturbance and parameter uncertainty ,as a result the effect of suspension can be made better.Firstly ,the nonlinear dynamic mathematic model of single magnetic levitation has been established, and been linearized at the equilibrium point in order to get the linear model ad the state equation. The factors, which influence the performance of the system be analyzed and the relative solution was brought .Then a new filter ,Strong Tracking Filter(STF),be introduced as well as given the theoretical derivation. After that a PID suspension control solution based on Strong Tracking Filter was designed .By compare the simulation control effect between the Strong Tracking Filter and classical filter,the effectiveness and the feasibility of the solution was verified. At last a PID suspension decoupling control solution based on the Strong Tracking Filter was proposed, simulation study was made as well.The simulation results showed that ,by apply the Strong Tracking Filter to the suspension control ,not only the effect suffered by suspension system which brought from the seam on railway and load impulse can be conquered to make the suspension system more stable ,but also the noise which overlaps the useful signal can be filtered .White noise be removed ,a more smoothly excess to stable state ,more accurate tracking a changing space ,decoupling control the suspension system ,were realized .It's a effective way to get a smooth control for the magnetic suspension system.
