The Design And Realization Of Urban Land Price Thematic Mapping And Releasing System Based On ArcGIS Server

The rapid development of economy and society imposes more and more demands on land resource management works. Advanced information technology has become the key way to promote land resource management and enforce land control in new situations. Along with the advance of urbanization and the implementation of the policy of land compensation for use, the modern management and application of information of urban land price has become the important works of all levels of departments of national land resource; at the same time, the public are paying more and more attention on the standard urban land prices. The land value management is the core content of land management. It has theoretic and practical significances to improve land value management level of our country and realize public service of land value formation by using the GIS technology to develop land value information inquiry and management system. -In this paper, in accordance with the relevant national standards, the thematic maps of urban land value was produced with GIS technology; at the environment of .NET, the prototype system of thematic maps of land platform web was developed on the platform of ArcGIS Server with B/S structure; and the prototype system was tested by using the database of land use status of major cities and towns in Sichuan Province and using ArcSDE to connect SQL Server database and manage spatial data. Major research of this paper is as follows:1. The thesis summarizes the significance and the development status and trend of urban land price information management. Aiming at the deficiency of traditional urban land price information management method, the solution of establishing urban land price thematic mapping and releasing system based on ArcGIS Server is selected.2. Several realization ways of WebGIS system and the organization and management model of spatial data are analyzed and compared. Then, the application and significance of WebGIS in urban land price information management are expatiated. The solution of the system which based on server and SDE+DBMS is confirmed. 3. On the basis of requirement analysis and platform selection, the architecture and system function of the urban land price thematic mapping and releasing system are designed, which according to the characteristic of land price map and the function of ArcGIS Server. The hard problems of system development are solved by the method of dynamic management of multi-mapping service. The design and making, web publishing, browsing and map exporting of the land price map are realized. The database building, management and query of spatial data and attribute data are accomplished. The page design and optimization of the system are achieved.The system is based on WebGIS of Server. The client's viewer works in Html mode. The functions of dynamic map presentation are achieved by Server-Clients' interaction. The contents of this paper have a certain reference significance to further promote the modernization of urban land management, land information and transparency of land value information.
