The Design And Implementation Of The Medical Support System In Field Based On WLAN

The characteristic of high-tech war and unique terrain feature in cold mountain area in Tibet region set high request to the guarantee work for filed health care. Effective and safe communication is an important part for completing the battle-field health care successfully. In order to solve the problem of inconvenient battle-field health care communication in Tibet region, this thesis conducts the research on field mobile medical system which is based on WLAN.Firstly, this thesis introduces the usage of WLAN in and out of army, and it also studies its newest technology as well as WAPI security of independent property in our country. Besides, it analyzes the request for field health care communication and designs networking scheme, VOIP sound system and safety scheme that is based on WAPI standard. At the same time, it simulates the routing protocol of the local network by QualNet, which has improved the feasibility of this design. Then, it analyzes the operation flow of the field health care and designs the subsystem of nurse workstation in HIS.The main innovations in this thesis are as following.(1) It puts forward a feasible plan to solve the problem of health care communication in war time in Tibet region. And it designs the WLAN networking scheme for field mobile medical team and WAPI security which is based on independent property in our country.(2) It designs and realizes the subsystem of nurse workstation in HIS, so that it could integrates field medical service as examines and rescues into information management.(3) It discusses the advantages of Qualnet in the aspect of wireless simulation software. And it uses this software to carry on the feasible test for system network scheme.By deep research on WLAN, this thesis, which has provided mentality for networking scheme of field health care communication and security policy, has laid foundation for design of HIS system.
