Task-oriented Intelligence Information System (ToIIS for short) is a kind of Information Support System that supports publishing, managing and exerting military intelligence. TOIIS has the traits of task-centric and dynamic. The description and matching of Intelligence Information Service (IIS for short) become the key to the intelligence functions discovering, sharing, reusing and the flexibly building of ToIIS.The problems of service describing are: service modeling and describing in architecture framework are not definitude; describing element cannot embody the points of military application and the data context of IIS well; describing language cannot support user setup for supporting complex computing model well. The problems of service matching are: synthesis calculation doesn't adapt to variety of describing elements'types; users cannot assign specific matching algorithm to a describing element; accurate matching always needs formalization and reasoning so getting limitation to apply, however, classic keywords-based matching cannot give content results in semantic ambiquity. The thesis researches on the describing and matching method and technique to the questions above as following:(1) The concept, architecture and dynamic-building process of ToIIS are studiedOn the base of analyzing the requirements of the battle to the intelligence information system and the deficiency of former intelligence information system, the thesis researches on the concept, conceptual model and characteristics of IIS, on the concept and traits of IIS, on the principle, process and mechanism of dynamic building, and expounds the significance of service describing and matching in ToIIS.(2) The describing method, model and language of IIS are studiedThe thesis extends the modeling representation for the relations between IIS on the base of existing architecture product, brings out the hierarchical Holo-information Model (HIM for short) and defines its elements, and designs the service description language with the attributes which users can set to control the matching.(3) The matching and calculating methods of IIS are studiedOn analyzing the building process of ToIIS, according to the three phases: basic choosing, advanced choosing and composition of services, the thesis defines two matching types: requirement-description matching and service-service matching. According to respective peculiarities, the thesis selects suitable matching base from HIM's elements, designs the method of service basic choosing based on semantic elements, service advanced choosing based on pragmatic elements and service composition based on syntax elements, also the basic matching calculating and the synthetical evaluation calculating in them. (4) The synthetical estimating model and the algorithm are studiedThis paper gives the concept of Final Reference Value (FRV for short) and designs the Synthetical Estimating Model (SEM for short). The SEM sets the formula's factors according to the attributes of Weight, Effect, Priority, MatchType of description elements that the user sets, supporting the control of variables'weights and the selection of basic fundamental algorithms that represents users'purpose and pertinence. SEM also has the mechanism of"one ballot veto"on the understanding of the meaning of each description element to the FRV.(5) The describing and matching prototype of IIS is designedThe thesis analyzes the design and framework of prototype, main modules, and its partial development. Taking the prototype as the platform for the validation of method, algorithm and technique, adopting the example of anti-terrorism operation in some city, the thesis demonstrates the value of the method of SV-4b modeling for services, HIM and the method of service matching.
