The paper integrates full hydraulic grader's specialties and it's new technologies at the present situation, searches on a type of full hydraulic grader which is manufactured by a certain factory, The Condition monitoring and Remote communication system for full hydraulic grader is designed and build up, which based on CAN-bus technology, including a controller which is specially used for the construction machinery and a monitor. The Human-Machine Interface is designed, the platform about hardware, developed the software system are also made up. Traditional instruments display is replaced by the digital monitoring platform. Developed the programme of remote communication on the GPRS/GPS terminal, bidirectional data transmission between a single machine and the information center was realized. It installs the Condition monitoring and Remote Communication System on a sample machine, the parameters' display, remote data transmission and other functions are tested. The system's functions and availability are verified.
