Design And Implement Of Meteorological Service Information System

China is a country of highly occurred meteorological disasters, it's very important to be prepared of meteorological emergency event in meteorological services. Along with the development of computer science and internet, it has become more and more important to deal with the meteorological emergency event rapidly with these means of information. Most developed countries has a complete emergency event management system, with the help of management information system, they can do better in this area. Though China started later in infomationization area, it is also exploring positivly in meteorological emergency event management. This System is an achievement of the exploration.This article introduced the state and research results in dealing with weather disasters. And then it lead out the attempt of infomationization construction of China Meteorological Administration. It also bring forward the design and implement of the Meteorological Service Information System.Subsequently, the related processes and technologies involved of Meteorological Service Information System were discussed, as well as the working principle and implement model, such as WebGis, Hibernate and Spring.After the instructions of technical background, the article introduced the detailed design including System architecture, functional model and the implementation of Hibernate and Spring technology. The emergency event management and role management module were taken as examples to describ all aspects of the system from design to implement.At last, the article described a application case with the system, and then make a summary of the future of Meteorological Service Information System.
