The mobile target location problem has received considerable attention in the past at home and abroad, based on the analysis of a great deal of research results about mobile target location, this paper made studies on mobile target localization algorithms and state estimation algorithms based on ranging technology. Main works are as follows:In this paper, with the motivation of enhancing localization accuracy, we designed ranging error compensation algorithm, we analyzed localization algorithms based on ranging technology.To enhance state estimation accuracy, this paper presented an improved CA model by introducing acceleration factor which can describe the change of acceleration, experiment result showed that the error compensation algorithm and the kalman filter algorithm based on improved model has good result.At last, the paper designed a system that use ultrasonic signal and RF signal to locate, and implemented the algorithm with our designed system, demonstrating the feasibility of the algorithms,and supplied basic data for further research.
