DOA estimation of signals using array of electromagnetic vector sensors is a new emerging subdiscipline in array signal processing domain. In recent years. It has become a hotspot, which is widely used in radar, sonar, communication and etc.Comparing to the traditional scalar sensor array, the array of electromagnetic vector sensor has better performance in the realms such as steady detective ability, stronger anti-jamming ability, higher space resolution and etc. Uniform circular Array of a kind of electromagnetic vector sensors, which are composed by an electric dipole and a corresponding magnetic dipole in each sensor, is used to make sure detective ability of estimation steady in 360°of azimuth angle.With this uniform circular polarization-sensitive Array, the DOA matrix method is cited to estimate DOA and polarization parameters based on supposition of the white gaussian noise. And in colored gaussian noise, the forth-order cumulants matrix method is used to investigate the problems of estimation of the frequency, angle of arrival and polarization. And in this paper the method is improved to reduce the computation burden. Then simulation results verify the efficacy of this method.
