Along With the development of technology, the internet has become a microcosm of modern society. In this virtual e-society, a variety of new ethnic groups come into being, the kuso group is a representative one. In 2006, kuso in internet had transited from the individual behavior kuso lovers enjoyed themselves to the collective behavior of the ethnic group. Their manner in the process of building is passive, blind and lack of goals. In the result, behavior prop area spends queen area and cultural identity issues arise. A correct understanding the kuso groups in internet and how to guide the healthy development of themis the purpose of this paper , and the problems need to solve.This paper uses three methods analyze the kuso group in internet, including case studies, network analysis and literature survey. In the content, includes the preface and the main body (altogether four chapters). Its structure arranges as follows:The preface mainly introduces the domestic research of kuso in internet, as well as the research methods and the innovation of the paper. First chapter is an overview concepts and theories, mainly intruding the notion of kuso and the kuso group in internet.Second chapter combs the development of the kuso group in internet, including three stages: initial germination period, fast growing period and slow declining period. Growth of the the kuso group in internet are closely related with the situation of internet and the network media economy.The third chapter analyzes the characteristics and psychological motivation of the kuso group in internet. They are a group of Grass-roots who are perceptual and conforming, having pluralistic thoughts, advocating"reasonless humour". The psychological motive of their deep layer is to approve by masses, succeed in breaking away from the disadvantaged groups. All of this leads to their building process of identity blindly.The fourth chapter is the most important part of the paper. It mainly explains the questions and countermeasures in their identity constructing process. This chapter includes four parts. Part one introduce the social effect that the kuso group in internet growing up healthy, affirm the social value that they have. Part two explains the questions in the process of kuso group's identity constructing, this directly lead them passive, blind and lack of goals. Part three elaborates the danger hidden in kuso groups'identity constructing——conflicts of ethnic group. Part four points out that identity of ethnic group is a solution to the ethnic conflict, and expounds that in detail from self-identity, social identity and national identity.
