According to the three major principle about the Troposphere scattering communication, and discuss integrated the Turbulence theory,Non-coherent reflection and Coherent reflection theoretical advantages of the generalized model scattering theory model. Then the integral expression which is about the Troposphere electromagnetic scattering theory model in the broad sense of the received power and received field, is given. Based on the acoustic wave equation and the existing acoustic absorption theory, the expression about the acoustic absorption factor that is along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction spread has been given. After analyzing the main features of scatter propagation, this paper figures out the theoretical value of antenna aperture at a given particular optimum frequency and designs a sound source interference. On this basis, the mechanism about disturbing the index of atmosphere by acoustic wave is investigated. The relation between the fluctuant characteristics of refraction index of atmosphere and the parameters of acoustic wave is found. further describe the acoustic artificial incentive to achieve change Troposphere of technical feasibility. The use of equivalent earth surface instead of actual ground resolves the problem, which the direction of wave travel bends in the atmosphere owing to the inhomogeneity of air index, and the circuit model in which equivalent earth surface be taken into account is given. The theory for calculating electromagnetic scattering loss in troposphere scattering communication is analyzed. Electromagnetic scattering loss under acoustic wave disturbing is simulated, which is discussed and compared with that under no acoustic wave disturbing.
