| Along with the development of Information Technology, network informetrics gradually develops. Network information obsolescence also develops.. The network information obsolescence research is important for instructing the website construction, formulating reasonable network system principle and so on. Now there is no system's elaboration in the fundamental research or the empirical study of network information obsolescence. This article introduced the concepts of network information obsolescence, elaborated the network information obsolescence hot spot research area in detail, and conducted the empirical study to the network information obsolescence.The paper includes five parts:Chapter 1: Introduces the history and actuality of domestic and foreign research on network information obsolescence.
