In recent years, with an increasing number of foreign auto corporation entering into Chinese auto market,Local The Competition of Chinese Automobile Industry has becoming more and more sharp. For businesses, how to adapt to the characteristics of market competition environment timely ,how to adjust and optimize the procurement management, how to take good use of the resource producing in the process of procurement management, reduce purchasing costs, improve the whole supply chain from the use of resources efficiency, has become a very urgent and realistic issue. In order to improve the efficiency of SGM's PC&L and PD, standardize their work flow, reduce the waste of human resources, shorten the cycle of parts planning, provide a reference for the procurement strategy by taking better use of historical data,SGM provide Related needs about Material Forcast System(MFS).The goals of MFS are enhancing the Collaboration of procurement department the carrying out automated procurement process management; generating automatically material forcast plan and optimizing it; developing system interface of automatically PO sending fuction for other system; providing report display function for decision making procurement.MFS is make up of three modules, the first is the procurement management platform, it implements the main functions of business, including order management, project management, simulation requirements, system management, reporting services module; the second is plan generation and optimization modules, its function is the implementation of the algorithm for procurement prediction logic, and on the physical separation of the procurement and management platform. In order to enhance computing efficiency ,this module is developed by C++ language.The algorithm consists of four core algorithms, including safety stock, minimum purchase of algorithms, smoothing Order algorithm, purchasing a round the whole algorithm; The third module is system interface, the upper system is the SAP (Application, and Products in Data processing, Germany's SAP, a well-known ERP system)about parts requirement, which will produce a part requirement forcast file for MFS, the lower system is EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) systems,MFS will interact with EAI to achieve sending Forcasting file automatically.MFS is based on B / S architecture, system use IBM's WebSphere middleware on the application layer, BusinessObject companies as report tools, Oracle10g database on data layer. System architecture model is based on the MVC architecture.The development framework is Enterprise Application Development Tools powed by the Shanghai GM, the development tools are based on the Java application server platform application framework, providing a range of Service and Interface and the development specification, so that programmers will be able to focus entirely on business logic on the implementation, and ultimately speed up the development process and increase system reliability, and at the same time to achieve the purpose of code reuse.MFS has brought much Benefits.The fast computing speed and the flow management plan greatly shortened the planning cycle, reducing the possibility of overtime; System optimize the plan,smoothing the procurement and reduce the emergency order to avoid Additional costs; system provides a complete 40 weeks' forcast of part ,user can plan inventory for the future 40 weeks by the forcast,by which user can always keep parts on optimize inventory levels...
