This article is under the support of national 863 science and technology project"Bohai sea ecological environment monitor technology system"and the"Tenth five"technical attack project related achievement foundation to establish sea ice important parameter extraction technology and the detection system based on the MODIS data Bohai sea in view of Bohai sea ice forecast service demand.This article first applies the remote sensing phantom division algorithm based on the condensation level cluster in the sea ice outflow boundary line extraction, carries on the parameter optimization to the existing ice water recognition methods. Then in view of the Bohai sea ice characteristic, unifies the MODIS-TERRA data, observes the Bohai sea ice, this article designs and implements sea ice detection system based on the Bohai sea MODIS data to extract the sea ice area, the maximum outflow boundary line-spacing bay bottom distance, sea ice thickness, sea ice denseness and.The realization of sea ice important parameter extraction technology system based on the MODIS data Bohai sea convenients the sea ice business agency to prompt and fast obtaining the sea ice product, enhances the sea ice forecast efficiency, provides the safeguard for the development satellite remote sensing monitor sea ice service movement.The paper mainly includes:1. Proposes remote sensing phantom division algorithm based on the condensation level cluster, and applies it into the maximum outflow boundary line-spacing bay bottom distance extraction and carries on the parameter optimization to the existing ice water recognition methods.2. The system is based on IDL and Visual C++. By designing data control switch and public variable and user variable, the system realizes data flow controlling; by designing right integrator parameters and file, the system realizes calling function modules.3. Useing the product which provides based on the MODIS data Bohai sea ice detection system, union the meteorological data, this paper analyzes 2008-2009 year Bohai sea ice sentiment. This paper gives the correlational dependence between the Bohai sea ice space and time distribution and the environmental factor: The temperature different varying duty can cause the sea ice different change tendency.4. aiming to the operation need, the paper gives the advice in improving the system. There are three creative and special points:In view of MODIS sea ice data characteristic this article applies remote sensing phantom division method based on the condensation level cluster into the maximum outflow boundary line-spacing bay bottom distance. The essential parameter extraction (sea ice identification, sea ice edge, sea ice thickness and sea ice denseness) and the development of this system all are the actual demand of Bohai sea ice service monitor and the forecast, so the realization of this system this system steps out the first step for my unit's sea ice forecast service.Using the product that sea ice detection system provides based on the MODIS data Bohai sea and the temperature statistical data this paper analyzes 2008-2009 year winter Bohai sea ice sentiment.
