FECG is an impersonal object of researching physiological activity of infants, it reflects pullulation and healthiness of gestating infants. It has two basic extracted methods: direct method and indirect method. direct method gets steady FECG through the surface of infants, but it only can be applied when childbearing; indirect method gets signals through the surface of pregnant women, it's harmless to infants and pregnant women, but FECG is often disturbed by a lot of yawp, so it needs steady method to extracted FECG . Today, ICA is the best method among those of BSS. Traditional ICA often uses gradual approximation as searching arithmetic, but it's prone to fall into local extremum. PSO often solves some complicated, cosmic, non-linear, un-differential issues, so we solve ICA issue with PSO and create a new method to extract FECG . Experiments testified that this method has high stability and strong robustness, and it can extract FECG clearly. The main innovative points are as follows:1. Research the arithmetic model and the setting of parameters of PSO, use the character of SA to improve on PSO, let the particle jump out of the local extremum, make the races more various. experiments testified improved PSO have a better global convergence performance;2. We use improved PSO as the searching arithmetic in ICA and create a new frame of BSS, devise a new BSS arithmetic PICA, then give detailed theory illuminating and the flow chart of PICA,experiments testified PICA can Separate voice signals and image signals;3. Extract FECG of ECG model by PICA, and contrast to FastICA and Infomax, the extraction by PICA is better than that of FastICA and Infomax, and clinical experiments indicated PICA can extract FECG clearly.
