DTV(Digital Television Video) is a type of TV which is launched from the studio, transmitted, received by using digital television signals. Digital Frame is a new type of frame using LCD to display the digital photos. Digital frame is similar to the Digital TV in composition, so we think whether we could combined digital frame with the digital TV. And our research create a new creature, digital television frame.In the system, software plays a very important role. The research work of this paper include:1) Research and use the task management, intertask communication and synchronization, and memory management in uC/OS-II embeded realtime operating system.2) Research and use the input and output technologies in embeded system. In the system, we build a unified interface for all of the hardware input and use the embeded GUI technology as our major output.3) Research and implement DTV frontend scanning and backend decoding technologies. Frontend scanning include manual scanning and auto scanning. Backend decoding include the decoding of PSI/SI and video/audio stream.4) Research JPEG image format. Research an implement the JPEG decoding. Focus on how to display JPEG image on OSD layer.5) Research and implement the embeded FAT filesystem. Add the usb interface module on the MB86H20B platform creatively, and implement the usb host protocol stack and FAT32 file system. So provide a completed solution of filesystem.In the implementation of the system, encounter a lot of problems. In the Research of these problems, create two new technologies, mobile TV adaptive technology and energy saving module. Mobile TV adaptive technology, in allusion to the problem of signals instability when Digital Video Frame in moving, improve the software system. Energy saving module, in allusion to the embeded system requesting low power design, such as digital video frame and mobile phone, abstract the energy saving behavior, so simplify the operation of power saving.
