The paper researched about Stored Testing and Measuring System(STMS) and its design theories, including the system design,sampling strategy design,the state design,information storage records and so on.Analysis of the measured signal characteristics and test requirements depth,based on this proposed system design program,developed a STMS based on the CPLD,the test system has advantages of small size,low power consumption,multi-channel,multi-parameter and intelligent,can measured projectile from launch to the entire process of penetration of the various dynamic parameters in real-time records, introducted of the system components and the control principle using CPLD,studied part of Analog, designed generic eight-channel sensor conditioning circuit,the control part research the sampling strategy designed for many projectile flight and multi-process environment And Simulate some part of the control logic.This paper studied the reliability of the test system,from the anti-high shock ability of the chips to the high and low temperature impingement characteristic property of the circuit module,and even the adverse circumstances adaptability of the whole system..Finally,studied the low-power consumption of the system,carried out a variety of simulation experiments,analyzed and summarized the collected data.
