With the development of modern technology, X-ray image have been widely used in military affairs, scientific researching, industry, agriculture medical treatment and so on. For this reason, the need for real-time image processing system is very urgent. Nevertheless, processing speed of existing system is too slow to meet the demand.So this paper presents the method that real-time X-ray image processing system based on DSP.A real-time X-ray image processing system is designed. This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of the software and hardware of the real-time X-ray image processor. First of all, this thesis discusses studies and summarizies the physical baisis of radiographic testing and the principle of X-ray imaging. Aiming at the characteristics of image intensifier such as high noise, low contrast and the limitation of the size of image device.Making some image processing method such as image denoise,image enhancement and image mosaic and so on.Discusses some new algorithms adapted X-ray image processing. According to the requirements of the topic, this paper put forward method, design thought and research process of X-ray image real-time processing system based on TMS320DM642. This thesis analysis and research key links of the influence to the imaging quality in the real-time processing syetem.The real-time performance is guaranteed by the connection of DSP and PC.In the end, we developed sofrware of DSP and PC.Moreover, we tested in the system and achieved satisfied result.We maintain a clear-out, high contrast and mild background image,which meets the practical standards.In addition, the system designing and debugging experience has been summarized in detail.
