The main objective of oil production is to increase oil production.Improve the efficiency and protect the safe operation of of oil pump are the main measures to improve production.The majority of oil production enterprises using artificial means of inspection for maintenance the oil pump.Although this approach has a certain effect,but because of limited personnel and technical means of the backward and allows enterprises to not be able to grasp the operation of each oil pump status,and thus should not appear in time for the oil pump to rule out the possibility of failure. With the computer technology and the rapid development of communication technology and automation needs of the development of oil fields,digital radio and GSM short message for the communication of field data collection terminal have been appeared.However,because of digital radio by the radio frequency power and limitations,as well as the GSM short message traffic restrictions,the acquisition of these two terminals has not been extensive.In recent years,GPRS rapid development of wireless communication,GPRS have well real-time communication,high transfer rate,without geographical restrictions and so on.In view of these advantages, research and development with a GPRS wirless communication module collection terminal unit at the scene,realize real-time production data collection.Monitoring center control system use of software programming to achieve monitoring and alarm functions.However,programming is difficult,and development costs is high and general bad.And this kind of monitoring system can only achieve operating parameters control,can not be achieved on the oil pump to run a comprehensive analysis of the situation.As data acquisition and process control' configuration software solved the problem,configuration software removed from a lot of tedious programming and reduces development costs,and has good portability and expansibility.MCGS as one of domestic industrial configuration software,can achieve good real-time data monitoring,fault alarm,real-time data,statistics management, remote control functions,and the use of MCGS scalability,we can use VB language design,such as fault diagnosis expert system in order to achieve the status of the oil pump to run a comprehensive analysis.This paper analyzes the GPRS network for data transmission principles,as well as the Control Center to receive data.Use MCGS designed the configuration management system,realized real-time monitoring of the data,while use the strategy development environment of MCGS,realized the indicator diagram of the remote display.By analyzing the indicator diagram,give a method of calculating empty pumping.According to the monitoring of the electrical voltage,current,rod load, displacement,vibration reducer,such as changes in data analysis of the cause of the malfunction of oil pump.Then combined with the current fault diagnosis of the experts thought of the commonly used,and production rules set up a knowledge base.At the same time,the use of imprecise reasoning,set up a reasoning mechanism,a set of implementation and operation of the proposed fault diagnosis integrated fault diagnosis unit expert system model.Finally,a summary of the full text of the work,pointing out the aspect of fault diagnosis expert system necessary to further improve,and made expectation.
