Design And Implementation Of Knowledge Element Indexing System

Modern society is a knowledge society,a lot of knowledge and information have emerged everyday.The current information retrieval is mainly based on the form and content characteristics of literature resource,which can not provide information completely.Knowledge element indexing can be an effective retrieval and utilizing of knowledge,making knowledge innovative and value-added,in order to provide specific knowledge service for users.Knowledge element is the smallest unit of knowledge, knowledge indexing with knowledge element can provide no longer literature,but specific knowledge of literature,which meets the human's need of knowledge organization,knowledge management and knowledge services to some extent.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of information resources,the knowledge element indexing system is designed and implemented.The main research work embodied in the following aspects:(1) Related theories of knowledge element are introduced.Review of the current knowledge organization,at the same time expatiate on the concept,characteristics, classification and structure of knowledge Element in detail and describe knowledge element based on RDF/XML data model.(2) The knowledge Element indexing system is designed in detail,including the architecture design,function module design and database design.And the system is divided into three function sub-modules:pre-processing module,the sentence extraction module and knowledge element extraction module.(3) The keywords extraction method based on vector space model and improved TFIDF algorithm are presented.Analyzing the traditional TFIDF weight algorithm and considering different impact of text due to different location of the characteristics,the paper add weight coefficient to the TFIDF algorithm,take weight computing of every words in literature vector space.The experimental results show that we can extract words exactly by the improved algorithm.(4) Knowledge element indexing system is implemented.After studying the present Chinese word segmentation algorithm and typical segmentation system,the knowledge Element indexing system is implemented based on massive intelligent segmentation technology,developing RDF/XML documents of related at the same time.The system extract keywords from the literature,then identify the sentence which includes the knowledge element being indexed by keywords and extract knowledge element related. The feature of this paper is that literature are indexed by the smallest unit of knowledge-knowledge element,the user will get effective knowledge,not a lot of literature,improving the utilization ratio of knowledge.
