With the rapid development of modern biomedical engineering,and with the improving the quality of people 's life, the medical equipment has been miniature, portable, economical. "non-trauma and minimally trauma "technology for vivo has become a critical factor in biomedical engineering, and mechanical electronics engineering.Based on these reasons, the research and design of the micro-robot in vivo emerged as the times require. This thesis discusses the importance of investigating by the micro-robot capsule firstly, and then analyses the status in relevant field. We can believe that the wireless location for in vivo micro-robot is still at the exploratory stage, and we did not have complete solution for it. So it will take lots of development in the future.We firstly introduced the concept of wireless location, and then compared with variety solutions of wireless position, and finally chose the TDOA wireless location technology for the realization of wireless location in vivo.Then, we analyzed three-dimensional algorithm of TDOA wireless location, compared the different realizations of algorithms, and selected the solution which was easier on achieving the simulation programming. We also set up a three-dimensional model of TDOA wireless location, and achieved the algorithm simulation in MATLAB, and accomplished the realization of translating the simulation program to the .m file. And then we verified the two solutions respectively, and proved the feasibility of the algorithm. Finally, we analyzed the importance of circuit simulation, and introduced Multisim as circuit simulation tool, and achieved the circuit simulation of phase difference detection in Multisim. We verified the feasibility of TDOA wireless location by the result of simulation. The result of simulation will also guide and optimize the actual circuit, and help to select the models and parameters of components.In a word, in this project we will mostly study the wireless position system, which can ensure the safety of people, and solve the critical issues on the controlling of the capsule micro-robot in vivo. The result will promote the application in capsule micro-robot, and help to realize the capsule wireless location technology in the future.
