To estimate the ore grade correctly is very important to construction and production of modern and large mineral enterprise.The traditional method of measuring ore grade is difficult to be realized and even make the work harder,so to establish s series of intelligent methods for estimating ore grade is the utmost urgent task for researchers.The article discussed how to select the deductions and put forward to the methods of estimating ore grade based on the immune principle,which is combined with other intelligent methods and mathematic means.The article aim to many limitations of traditional RBF network and contrast the relations of the learning process of RBF network and the immunity process.The method proposed raise the learning efficiency and convergence speed of RBF network by using the clone selection algorithm and immunosuppressive strategy.The ore grade is a typical gray system.The article make analysis for optimization of parameters in gray model from the angle of the immunity principle,then propose gray estimation model based on immunity principle,which enrich the gray theories.Later,The article discuss the importance of the choice of the parameters in the support vector machine form the angle of generalization ability.The article apply the immune principle to getting the excellent parameters in order to acquire the high accuracy and good generalization ability.The examples prove each estimation model is reasonable.Each estimation model proposed by article can be applied in the fields of economy,analysis of stock market,transportation and energy etc,which can provide new method for solving problems and dependable theory support for obtaining the best decisions.
