Studying On The Olympic Games News Reporting In Four Principal Print Media Of China

Since 1984 of the last century,under the background of the reforming and opening times,Chinese sports has been the family member of the sports world openly with the powerful dream of the China.The Olympic games with more than 100-years history is the grand meeting of the people all over the world in sports.So taking part in the Olympic games and gaining the achievements are the destination of Chinese athletic sports.Therefore,there are a lot of brilliant stories of Chinese sports in the Olympic games.The Chinese media reforming is going on.The competition in markets of the media is more and more intense.The Olympic games is becoming the important contents of the media.And the 29th Olympic games will be held in Beijing,2008.So it is very significant to do well in the Olympic games news reporting.The object of this study is the Olympic games news reporting.The researcher choose the four major newspapers in Chinese contemporary broadcasting area:《People Daily》,《China sports newspaper》,《Beijing youth》and《Sport circle weekly》.The method is using the content-analyzing in order to explore the laws of the Olympic games news reporting in operating aspect. The study is trying to reveal the principles of the news-production of Olympic games coverage to offer valuable suggestions for Beijing Olympic games in 2008.
