Grid,another greatest invention,which is widely reported to replace the Internet and becomes the next generation network.In service grid environment,it provides all kinds of resources in the form of grid services which brings a great convenient,but meanwhile,it also brings problems.The diversity of grid service originates from heterogeneous and dynamic nature of grid,so the services contains heterogeneous information format, multiplicity of information's semantics and so on.It's really hard to find the appropriate service in service grid efficiently and accurately.Service matching is one of the key technologies that can improve the reuse of resources,so how to achieve high efficiency and precision in service matching becomes an urgent problem currently.Service matching can be divided into two sub-problems,the semantic description for grid service and the similarity between the service descriptions,which are associated with each other.Firstly,this thesis adopts OWL-S that is used in Web Service to describe grid service and involves the ontology into grid services to achieve the semantic description form.Secondly,in the grid services functionality description information matching,it proposes an algorithm based on semantic information by involving various semantic relations from domain ontology and other factors.Thirdly,it provides a similarity algorithm based on WordNet to process the nonfunctionality description information of grid service according to the semantic relation between words.Finally,based on the characteristic of grid service description,this thesis presents a four-stage service matching model with semantics(FSMMS) which compute the similarity with the features of the service category,the precondition and outEffect,inputs and outputs,the text description of the service.Meanwhile,this model adopts the improved algorithms listed above.The experimental results show that our service matching approaches improve the performance compared to other approaches and the time cost is acceptable.
