| As a very important basic equipment,PLC is called one of the three major pillars in automation industry.PLC plays very more and more important role in the field of industry manufaeture.Foreign PLC has held the Chinese market for all these years,which is unacceptable.Chinese study on PLC should not only keep in the state of digestion of foreign technology.This Paper's main work is to design a new type PLC,which is based on CPLD. As the complex programmable logic device(CPLD) has the advantages of high speed and convenient programming,it is used broadly.This design realizes a digital logic programmable controller with 16 input / 12 output,using CPLD as its core.Through the external circuit designing,programming by hardware description language and downloading the experimental procedure,the production of a new programmable logic controller is finished.The software based on the CPLD core and application of hardware description languages and logic programming plans to meet the needs of the application system.It can be used top-down design methodology to make complex systems engineering,achieve in-system programming to meet the general requirements of industrial control,in order to achieve PLC sequence program control.And the procedures for the implementation of the speed and cost-effective up are much better than the existing Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),with the value of applying and further development.The subject of the PLC level of innovation is of great significance,are of a technical innovation and in-depth study of the relevant theory for programmable control products in China to provide technical support for upgrading.Finally,a hydraulic control system as an example,the electrical circuit of the hydraulic system is designed,use this controller realizes a control system to achieve some control to good effect.The design of the system only achieved a small PLC system in a prototype in the functional areas to improve further the analysis,research and testing. |
