As a frontier interdisciplinary subject,microwave chemistry is very active in recent years, while the development of the corollary microwave chemical equipments,especially the industrialized production equipments,are quite backward.To meet the requirements of advanced intelligent facilities for microwave chemical reaction and the needs of practical industrial production,we design a microwave chemical coating reaction equipment with high power and large capacity under atmospheric pressure which is applied to both large-scale chemical production and laboratory research.The reaction equipment is composed of a rhombus microwave resonator and a monitoring system.The rhombus microwave resonator is designed to ensure the homogeneous radiation of microwave field;the monitoring system collects the input power,the temperature of cavity wall and the pressure of microwave magnetron,controls the probe of a fiber thermometer to test the actual temperature in the reaction vessel,and transfers all the data collected to PC software by USB;PC software processes the collected data,controls the output power of microwave by using PID algorithm and records correlative information automatically;the monitoring system accepts the command from PC software,alters the microwave power of the reaction vessel by changing the thickness of the water bag,which implements the continuous adjustment of microwave output power and reduces the cost.Considering the multiple targets of measurement and the modularization of the circuit,we distribute all measuring control points in two circuit boards,and constitute a mixed network multi-computer system by using three single chip microcomputers(SCM).In view of the strong electromagnetic interference working environment,we design their respective frame formats and communication-controlling algorithm based on USB,SPI communication protocol, which improves the communication reliability.The simulation function of Proteus ISIS software is used in the process of developing and debugging hardware circuits.Working efficiency and accuracy of the circuit design are improved as a result.The development of PC software is finished in short time with the powerful control support of LabVIEW.Finally each modules of the system are combined,and the debugging and performance tests are made.By experiment it is proved that the system has the features of running stability, good microwave uniform,friendly interface and convenient operation,which meet the requirements of advanced intelligent facilities for microwave chemical reaction and the needs of practical industrial production.It has a good prospect of popularization.
