Magnetic bearings have been described as a revolution in supporting technology as a result of a unique set of properties.In the magnetic levitation system,the rotor displacement signal that sensors detect is the basis of active control of the bearings,and is one of the difficulties and emphasis of the study on the system.The main purpose of this paper is:for the problems magnetic rotor displacement measurement faced with the application of general eddy current displacement sensor,such as:an independent oscillation source using in each sensor,all channels' signal is samplinged circularly,all demodulation circuits are separated from their sensors and so on,we must research and design a high-performance low-cost integrated displacement detection system.In view of the above problems,this article has done some research and design and improvement work on sensors system.For temperature stability of the sensors,the use of active crystal as a local oscillator in a large temperature range ensures the stability of frequency in order to enhance the stability of the sensor.For the independent oscillation of each sensor,we use single local oscillator to drive multi-sensors to ensure the same frequency of the sensors, reducing the crosstalk between channels.And we design the magnetic rotor displacement detection system based on single-chip computer.Author makes the design of the sensor signal processing circuit,including high-stability local oscillator,detector,filter,and enlarger and so on,and the simulation analysis and experimental study on the various parts of the circuit. Through repeated experiments,Author realizes that the same local oscillator driving multi-sensors,and the sampling to multi-sensor signals,and show that the frequency is same and the magnitude is the same more or less.Based on previous studies,aiming at the problem of detection with driving of high-frequency signals,author design a full-wave detector circuit and do an experimental study of comparative analysis,to improve the frequency effect on the detector.Author makes the experiment study and analysis toward one signal detection circuit inner integrated displacement detection system.Author design the two types of displacement sensors,and has done a static calibration experiments and experimental study of dynamic step response,a comparative analysis of their strengths and weaknesses,and provide the basis of some data for the design and study on magnetically levitated rotor displacement detection system.Aiming at the integration of magnetic rotor displacement detection system, author use the design integrated displacement sensors based on single-chip computer.The paper does some preparations for future multi-parameter detection sensors and intelligent and lays the foundation for future work to improve and perfect.At last author make an outlook about development of the study predicted on the basis of the conclusion of the full text of the final papers.
