With the deepening constantly of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's automobile industry, China's automotive products are exported to all over the world and occupy more and more market share. Tire As an important component of car tires,further needs are put forward to its quality. Tire tread is one of the important semi-finished products in the process of Tire production. Because Its quality and automation of production is directly related to the overall performance of the tire products.In order to realize the monitor and control of important manufacturing parameters during the tread extruding, feeding, contracting, cooling, weighting, cutting, a control system based on Profibus-DP is developed for a tread extruding line in XIN AN JIANG Rubber Group, HANG ZHOU. The control system adopts a Internet plus IPC plus PLC plus Profibus-DP field bus structure to solve the control problems efficiently resulted from the complexity of the manufacturing flow, excess and disperse of I/O, multiplicity of equipments, high demand of harmonization between control equipments. In the control system, AC inverters, DC dynamo, remote distributed I/O, servo positioning controller, and touch panel form the DP slaves in the site field to realize the drive and deal with monitoring information in the field; a Siemens S7-300 PLC, which acts as a DP maser, is used to harmonize the work among these DP slaves via field bus communication; a IPC is used to display parameters, deal with alarm information, manage recipe, print report forms. the entire control system structure and functional distribution are clear. It aslo embodies the distributed control, centralized management of distributed control system, and incarnates the characteristics such as total digital communication, highly openness and reciprocation of field bus control system.The tread extrusion production line of the production process,the overall structure of control system design , Selection of hardware, Profibus-DP communications, working principle and its application in tread extrusion line control system, the principles of the relevant control algorithm to control the content preparation software are introduced in detail. In this paper, what main problems have been solved are the entire production line and two-roll mill machines,extrusion machines and feeders machines, auxiliary line transducer 21, the speed of wind-up device synchronization, as well as the improving of control algorithm. Line speed calculation of tread extrusion production line is not only the performance of a high degree of coordination but also a difficult oneNowadays, the field control system of Xin An jiang Tire tread & sidewall triplex extruding line has launched into operation. The entire design of speed coordination control system met the whole control requirement of production line's, also had a good solution on the phenomenon which caused rubber piling and pulling, because of the local velocity not match and tensity inconstant. The system reduced the cost for the enterprise, raised the efficiency of production, and get good efficiency...
