With the rapid development of economy in China,bank business gets leaping growth,as a result,all kinds of business develops rapidly,which at last brings a lot of pressure in the bank counter services.As an important bank service channel,ATM provides a brand-new service mode for customer by modern technology.Comparing with the traditional face-to-face service mode,ATM has obvious superiority.Due to the application of Man-machine interaction,ATM avoids customer's dissatisfaction of service attitude and quality.At the meanwhile,ATM has obvious advantage on saving manpower and reducing operation cost.ATM also provides 24 hours services.The prolong of the bank service time brings more convenience to customers,thus enhances Performance-to-price ratio of branch network.But with the increase of ATM equipment deployment quantity,one ATM application system for one kind of ATM model brings more and more problems.The workload of development, maintenance and upgrade are increasing rapidly,and it is slow to the market demand response.Every bank need a set of unified ATM application system that can operate in all factories,on each kind of ATM equipment very urgently.This article analyzes the CEN/XFS standard,and has realized a set of ATM universal platform system based on this standard.This system can operate on various kinds of ATM hardware platform that provided by different equipment manufacturers.It can solve the problem which the various bank ATM application system faces presently.ATM universal platform system has developed the WSAP operation platform and the SDK development tools through introducing the Kalignate platform of Kal Corporation.It divides the ATM application system development into Action,status,flow three parts which has conformed to the MVC thought.The thought advocates that the contact surface and logical processing should be separated for the advantageous in the system maintenance and upgrade.In application layer, ATM application system devides into customer service subsystem,administrator service subsystem and monitoring service subsystem.This three subsystems can upgrade separately,therefore,The system flexibility and the response speed of demand get effective enhancement.
