The pollutant emission problem of an aero-engine is an attention issue for the process of its design and operation. As aggravation of global warming and greenhouse effect, the energy and environment problem concerned by the international community is increasing. In China, at present, there is not yet appropriate control standard for pollutant emission of aero-engine and the related research in domestic is relatively less. This paper, mainly researched on the relations between the different inlet temperature of aero-engine and the concentration field of NO_X and CO.This paper describes in details the forming mechanism of the NO_X, and its influencing factors and measures to controll pollutant emissions. In the numerical simulation of the whole combustion chamber, firstly, is to determine the calculation domain reasonably and simplify, to establish the geometry model and the grid. And then to chose the model of two turbulent equation Realizable k-εto simulate the turbulent flow of gas, and to simulate the turbulent diffusion combustion by the model of non-premixed combustion. The droplet phase flow fields are solved by using the PSI-CELL model. Using the theory of 3D two phase turbulent combustion to simulate CO and NO_X formation numerically. When the other conditions are unchanged, improved intlet temperature and using FLUENT6.3.26 software to calculate temperature field, velocity field, concentration field and its associated performance parameters of the combustion chamber in aero-engine, which is conducive to compare pollution component in the gas emission. The result shows that the calculated temperature field, velocity field and concentration field of the main combustion chamber are reasonable, and divergence concentration of NO_X is directly affected by the inlet temperature of gas and benefit to provide basis data for design low-pollution combustion.
