The Research And Analysis Of Heating Boiler Networked Control System

In the near few years, integrated supply of heat energy is developing quite fast in our country. At present, supplying heat energy by boiler in winter is still the main form in cities and towns of northern part of China. Capability quality of boiler's controlling system directly affects the quality of our daily heating. For traditional controlling system, every unit in the system connects to each other point to point, with unique line. If two adjacent physical units are too far away from each other, the expenses to place connecting cables are incredible. While NCS is the computer controlling system occluded by digital network, which integrate techniques of computer, communication and auto-controlling, and is with the positive characteristics such as high reliability, less connection within system, anti-interference, and open communication protocol. Thanks to the advantage of network techniques, lots of research and application are focused on applying the digital network to industrial controlling field. This article first of all works on the general structure of boiler controlling system of temporary heating energy supply system, and brings forward a controlling structure based on network control.Secondly, it introduces definition, development and typical structure of networked control systems. It optimizes the burning using quantum of heating supply to control the quantum of coal to boiler and blasting and whiffing mode.This article also describes the controlling methods of present networked control systems, and analyses the characteristics of networked control systems, such as time delay of network abduction and loss of data package and so on, and raises the designing technique of controller which solves the stability problem caused by the characteristics. It also makes an emulational platform of networked control systems with the truetime toolbox, and works over the influence on the controlling system caused by network through emulational test on the controlling system of boiler system. It approves the validity and feasibility of boiler networked control systems narrated in this article.
