Motion Controller Motion Control System is the core of a wider range of applications. With the rapid development of computer technology, embedded system software as a core operating system has become the mainstream. This paper introduces the advantages of smart algorithms in the controller software design, the use of a real-time embedded operating system based on theμC/OS- II design methods, but also use of a Web-based open architecture and embedded General structure of motion control system, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the motion controller, stability, easy scalability, and ease of maintenance.This paper mainly to the following:1. Fuzzy control based on the theory of multiple intelligent control algorithm to compare and research, and ultimately self-adjusting parameters online using interpolation algorithm, because of its real-time interpolation, error compensation and the complex kinematics of the capacity of a thus improve the accuracy of the movement and speed control, an increase of stability.2. Intelligent motion control hardware platform structures, embedded software and running, Ethernet communications can be achieved.In this paper, made full use of the powerful ARM processor core computing power and control functions, combining the advantages of intelligent algorithm for embedded controller provides good control platform with system-on-chip functions. At the same time make full use of the advantages of network communication technology, the use of the network interface chip, Ethernet communications functions, a TCP/IP communication protocol, such connections to reduce the system's external connections, improving the system's utility and information Interactive reliability.
