Design And Implement Of Adaptive Training System

With the development of computer network and information technology, the network training has become an important form of education which is widely adopted by educational institutions, corporations, governments etc. However, most of the current network training systems provide static courseware and poorly interactive contents only. Consequently, the training isn't well-tuned for the student's ability, and eventually sees a wide variation in training results. It's therefore always high on agenda to provide appropriate materials and to dynamically adjust the content of training according to trainee's study status in network training system research.This thesis is devoted to the design of a network training system which is super adaptive and highly tunable in terms of trainee's current status and training materials for the purpose of producing a better effect on all subjects of training.The main chapters cover the following topics:1. Propose system modules and function modules of the self-adaptive network training structure, grounded on the research for the practical training system2. Design an algorithm to measure difficulty and adaptability on the basis of the Logistic model and True score theory Model.3. Build an organic reservoir of training materials for adaptive training.4. Develop a practical application based on ASP.net, VB.net, and Visual Studio.Pilot test of the new system witnessed significant improvement in tuning the training materials, and positive feedback from both the trainers and the trainee.
