Research Of Scheduling Policy In Information Retrieval System Based On Mobile Agent

Internet has been developing fast since its appearance, and the information capacity increases rapidly. How to find valuable data exactly and rapidly from a large number of information has been a very important research topic. Information retrieval, as an important means of obtaining information, is gradually intelligent, and this process can improve the efficiency and quality of attaining information. In the process of realizing intelligence, Mobile Agent and the Intelligent Scheduling Policy have played an important role.This paper, firstly, analyzes current research actuality, then puts forward the main research content based on such foundation. Aiming at the limitations of existing Information Retrieval System, the paper has designed a dynamic scheduling strategy which combines with the database selection method and the engines'load and average time. The policy, which is mentioned above, overcomes the shortage of current scheduling policy, and the experiment results show that the recall and the precision of the system which adopts dynamic scheduling policy are promoted obviously. In order to improve the efficiency of information retrieval, the system adopts Mobile Agent technology. An information retrieval model based on Mobile Agent has been put forward in the paper, and an experiment for the communication of the system has been completed. The results show that the system has achieved its expected goal, and the search time has been shortened effectively.
