Research And Development Of The Security Fund Supervision System Of The Payment Of Farmers

In order to reinforce the implement of"ChongQing security fund supervision measure of the payment of farmers with architecture industry (interim)", enhance the supervision of the labor's bureau, and implement supervision and management policies, Construction Committee of Chongqing, Bureau of Labour of Chongqing will make use of information system to supervise effectively.Since there is no system satisfying all the requirements, Construction Committee of Chongqing, Bureau of Labour of Chongqing cooperate with four commercial banks to develop a system which is able to supervise security fund of payment of farmer in an effective way.The purpose of the system is to develop"security fund supervision system of the payment of farmers"(security fund supervision system) for construction administrative departments to control the precise information of security fund.This paper discuss the research and development process and result of the system ,and comprise system requirement analysis, system structure design, system flow design, the problem and solving and system test. From the function aspect, involves three sub-systems as Construction Committee , Bureau of Labour and bank, and from the structure, the system uses three-tier structure, The application server and the database server is set up in bank of communications, and other commercial banks are able to visit the system and database via web. Each commercial bank has independent database to ensure the safety.The emphases of this paper is that sub-systems function, flow design, database design and security designof system.Based on the developed web platform, with group server, web techniques and business sites of commercial banks, supported by bank account management, the system which was completed can provide advanced technique for scientific management.
