Research And Realization Of Materials Inventory Management System For Sheet Metal Forming Enterprise

Inventory management is the core aspect on enterprise's management. In China,the inventory management is featured with outdated and low efficiency,which leads to overstock and expensive stock cost. It is very important for our enterprises to improve their management level and economical benefits by promoting the inventory management level. But the advanced management mode and method in western developed countries is not entirely fit to Chinese enterprises. So,it is urgent to research a kind of inventory management mode based on our national conditions.In this paper,based on the background of big Sheet metal forming enterprise,according to actual conditions of enterprise,we bring forward a reasonable system solution. The main accomplishments of the paper are as follows: In the paper,the disadvantage of current inventory management is discussed significantly. It analyze that coil recycling is the most important reason of the waste of coil resources and gets the best decisions of production plans derived from mathematical formulas .It proposes to use wireless scan and barcode technology ,and at last achieve automatization ,veracity and real time. A wholly new architecture of software J2EE and relative critical technique are described in detail. Then,we give a reasonable system software architecture. It analyzes the database structure of this enterprise information system,through the C/S and B/S hybrid structure,it realizes the seamless Integration to original system.
